Artifact Lab, Inc. (collectively, “Artifact” “we,” “us,” or “our”) value your privacy. In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information received from users of our website located at https://www.gotartifact.com (“Site”) and all of our products and/or services (the “Services”). This Policy does not apply to any websites, webpages, or mobile apps that are run or owned by any third party. Third parties will handle your personal information pursuant to their own privacy policies, so please read them to understand how the information you provide to them will be treated.
What Information Do We Collect from You?
Artifact collects Personal Information and other information through our Services. “Personal Information” is information that Artifact has collected and can reasonably link to a specific person or device. We may collect Personal Information or other information about you directly from you and from third parties, as well as automatically through your use of our Site and/or Services.
Information We Collect Directly from You. We may collect Personal Information or other information directly from you as follows:
Registration Information. Certain areas and features of our Site and/or Services require registration. When registering for our Site and/or Services, you will be required to give certain contact information, including but not limited to your name, phone number and email address.
Payment Information. We accept payments through Transak, a secure payment processor. We will ask you to provide certain financial and payment transactional information that Transak will use to process payments made and received through the Artifact Platform. Accordingly, we will pass the information you provide to Transak. We do not store your financial information on our Site or servers. Transak has its own privacy policy and handles your information pursuant to it. By agreeing to our Terms of Use Agreement and our Privacy Policy, you are also agreeing to Transak’s privacy policy with respect to its use and handling of your data. Please refer to Transak’s privacy policy for information on how it handles and uses your information.
Information We Collect Automatically. We may automatically collect the following Personal Information or other information about your use of our Site and/or Services through cookies and other technologies: your domain name; your browser type and operating system; web pages you view; links you click; your IP address; device ID; the length of time you visit our Site; page views; and the referring URL or webpage that led you to our Site. Cookies
When you visit our Site or otherwise interact with the Services, we may send one or more “cookies” to your computer or other devices. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers stored on your computer through your web browser and are used by most websites to help personalize your web experience.
